When time is of the essence, efficient execution can make all the difference in capturing market interest. By swiftly writing, designing, and launching a marketing automation platform, including a request demo landing page, form, and response email in Microsoft Dynamics, I was able to kickstart the process of capturing interest in the Airglass product. These are the steps I took to achieve this project in less than 24 hours.
- Writing and Designing the Landing Page Understanding the importance of an appealing and informative landing page, I focused on crafting concise, engaging copy that highlighted the unique selling points of the Airglass product. By utilizing Microsoft Dynamics’ user-friendly design tools, I was able to create a visually appealing layout, complementing the written content and reflecting the brand’s identity. This combination of striking design and persuasive copy made the landing page a powerful tool for generating interest.
- Developing the Request Demo Form A well-designed request demo form can streamline lead capturing and facilitate follow-ups. To achieve this, I designed a form that was easy to complete and required only essential information, such as name, email, and other non-required fields such as phone number and company. This minimalist approach enabled potential customers to express their interest quickly, increasing the likelihood of form submissions. And we all know that the more fields there are, the fewer form submissions.
- Crafting a Response Email In addition to the landing page and form, I created a response email to acknowledge receipt of demo requests and maintain engagement. This email contained a personalized thank you message, an overview of the next steps in the demo process, and contact information for further inquiries. By automating this response using Microsoft Dynamics, I ensured that leads received a timely and professional follow-up. A second version of this process led visitors to a page that let them schedule their own demo with one of Mobeus’ product experts.
- Building the Process Flow for Expansion To further maximize the potential of the request demo landing page, I built out a process flow in Microsoft Dynamics that allowed for easy expansion and integration with other marketing efforts. This process flow included lead nurturing strategies, automated follow-ups, and data tracking to measure the effectiveness of the campaign. By planning for growth, I created a scalable solution that could adapt to the needs of the Airglass product.

I had never touched Microsoft Dynamics before this. But I had spent the past decade using Marketo and had gone through the whole Marketo certification process except for the test.
The driver of this project was Mobeus needing to reposition the Airglass product and we needed to build a new Airglass microsite, separate from the company site. I did the initial wireframes, copywriting, and design. Then the head of design, Hollie Richmond, redesigned the page. Over the next week or so I modified her design as the brand story was being finalized. But with this new page, we wanted to drive traffic to a lead-generation form.
